The Executive Team is the principal leadership and decision-making body of Ignite Mentoring. There are 10 volunteers on the Executive Team who hold their positions for one year. Executive Team members attend weekly meetings, report on their progress to the rest of the Executive, complete tasks delegated by the President, assist at events and team managers lead their individual Leadership Teams.
