What is the Leadership Team?

The Leadership Team is made up of 25 volunteers. These teams work closely together to ensure that all aspects of Ignite Mentoring as an organisation run smoothly. Being on the Leadership Team allows you to have an increased impact in the organisation, learn what it’s like to work for a not-for-profit, and have a fantastic time along the way!

The Leadership Team consists of five portfolios run by a team manager who is part of the Executive Team. The five portfolios include
Volunteers, Finance, Programs, Marketing, and Operations.

Requirements to join each Leadership Team

Each team requires at least one semester of mentoring. The Operations Team requires at least one semester of mentoring and one coordinating. 

*You can apply for the Programs Team if you have not coordinated, however, it is prefered.
